You can place orders as far out as months in advance or as short as 3 hours before your event. For the best selection and availability, we recommend ordering at least 24 hours ahead — but we've got you covered for last-minute needs too.

Professional drivers with thermal bags deliver your order. You'll get real-time tracking and setup confirmation photos so you know exactly when your food arrives and how it's presented. Every delivery is handled with care.
Freshness matters. Our drivers are not allowed to deliver until 15 minutes before your scheduled delivery time. This ensures your food arrives at peak quality — hot food stays hot, cold food stays cold, and nothing sits out longer than it should.
Yes, always. Every order requires a specific delivery time so we can coordinate with the restaurant and our drivers to ensure everything arrives fresh and on schedule. When placing your order, just let us know what time you expect to receive it.

Yes. If there's a restaurant you love that isn't in our network yet, let us know. We'll review them against our quality standards — food quality, packaging, timing, and experience — and if they meet our criteria, we'll add them for you.
